Architects and Engineers:

Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 (HCESD9), dba Cy-Fair Fire Department, is requesting statements of qualifications from architects interested in providing services required for the dispatch center remodel project.

HCESD9’s selection of an architectural firm will be based on experience in public safety dispatch centers, experience of personnel assigned to the project, sensitivity to cost factors and responsibilities, knowledge of the project background and details, responsiveness and accountability, technical expertise, and thoroughness.

 HCESD9 reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms.
